What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all unused and unopened products, provided the safety seals remain intact and the items are in a resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@legacysealants.co.uk with your order number for instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items reach us safely. Are any purchases final sale?

Due to the chemical nature of our products, all items become final sale once the protective seal or nozzle has been breached. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or utilized. Additionally, all business-to-business (B2B) and trade transactions are considered final. When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We aim for delivery within 5 business days, however this is not a guarantee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is postage?

Our standard delivery fees typically range between £4.99 and £6.25 for the majority of orders. Shipping is calculated dynamically based on the total weight of your consignment and your specific delivery location to ensure we provide the most accurate carrier rates. You can view the final delivery charge for your order at the checkout screen before completing your purchase. Please note that deliveries to extended area postcodes may be subject to additional carrier surcharges

Do you provide VAT invoices for trade customers?

Yes. As a brand operated by PJ Mastics Ltd, we are a VAT-registered entity. A full VAT invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been processed. If you require a consolidated invoice for multiple orders, please contact our administration team.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

As we aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet entered our fulfillment cycle. Please contact us immediately at info@legacysealants.co.uk with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled according to our standard return procedures.

Do you offer technical advice on product application?

While we provide high-quality professional-grade sealants, we recommend that all customers consult the manufacturer’s technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS) prior to application. We can provide these sheets for most of our products upon request; please contact us via email or by filling out the form below to receive the relevant documentation. Please note that we cannot be held liable for product failure due to incorrect substrate preparation or application techniques.
